Requirements:
- Preferable Male
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from faculty of law / psychology or management
- Minimum 5 years experience as HR Superintendent/Assistant Manager preferably from forestry, agriculture, mining industry
- Having deep knowledge about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation & benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRIS)
- Communicative, persuasive, mature, adaptable, smart, spirited and able to work under pressure situation & tight schedule
- Able to motivate a team (subordinate) and have good leadership
- Placement in : Regional Office ( Samarinda & Pontianak ), willing to travel
