Customer Relation Officer ( CRO )

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales administration support activity, handling complain, monitoring payment and invoicing
Requirements:
- Male / Female (25 - 30 years old); 1-2 years experience as CRO / CSO / Sales Admin (preferably from engineering company).
- Degree holder from Engineering, Economic, IT, Japanese / Korean Literature with min GPA. 2.75
- Having knowledge in data based management & CRM (preferably)
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
- Having customer focus and able to maintain customer or client from the segments of commercial, industry, and government.
- Able to speak Korean language or Japanese language (preferably)
- Preferable domicile in kalimantan area
