Requirements:
- Female or Male
- Minimal Diploma in Information Technology, preferable from reputable
- university
- Minimal 1 years experience in similar field
- Fluently Speaking and Reading English
- Knowledge able in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, server, TCP/IP and LAN
- Preferable have knowledge in PHP, VB, .net, ASP, etc
- Have an Excellent communication skill
- Have Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Server Engineer
- Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support
- Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Monitoring SLA, Executive user
- support (Supervisor Level)
- Knowledge in HP-Unix Audit Review, SQL Server 2000 review, SQL Audit
