Responsibilities:
- Develop any procedures related to safety matter.
- Conduct accident/incident analysis and recommendation.
- Provide an assistance on implementing new OEMS to all Operations Department.
- Enforce and socialize 8 standard practice and 3 Safety golden rules to all Operations Department.
- Work with asset/operation on evaluating various HSE program such as STOP, CSMS and provide a constructive feed back.
- Provide support and advise to other department on various specific safety aspects.
Requirements:
- S1 in Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
- Min. 1 years experience for Junior Candidates and Min. 5 years experiance in oil & gas industry.
- Have experiences In Process Safety Management, Risk Assessment and Safety Management System.
- Understanding and applying local, national and International legislation and regulation.
- Experience in inspection, audit, and reporting (such as : OHSAS 18001 audit), CSMS, accident investigation and analysis & understand the principle of emergency preparedness.
- Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan.
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude
- Good analytical, interpersonalm & interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
