Oil & Gas Customer Service / Sales Support Balikpapan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder with at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity in the forwarding/logistics industry
• Good knowledge of forwarding & logistics industry
• Sales experience
• Market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
• Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
• Knowlegde in import/export procedures & customs formalities, and exposure to Oil & Gas industry

Educational Background:

• Min. Bachelor's degree holder
• Diploma in transport / freight forwarding / logistics field

Job & Responsibilities:

• To achieve sales plan objectives with Oil & Gas clients and targets by effectively selling Company's products. Generate new business with assigned Oil & Gas clients and targets in line with the sales plan.
• Secure existing Panalpina business by assuring Panalpina reliability and increasing customer satisfaction.
