Training Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
- Set up lesson plans , Training Plans and supporting document for new sites.
- Manage documents and data for New Starters.
- Manage dokuments and data for Operation training System compliance matrices.
- Delivery Safe Driver Training.
- Review and update competency Standard and Assessment Checklist , Training Guides.
- Provide support for site based managers/ Supervisors.
- Review and update site Operation training System during site visits.
- Develop Occupation training need inventory, training plan.
- Support site leader to plan and organise general training for all employees.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Experience with bulk Site / Truck Operation
- Have knowledge of explosives and explosives related industries.
- Leadership skills ( Team works, Effective communication skills, negotiation skills)
- Customer focus
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Full-Time positions available.
