Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for all personnel function including attendance, roaster, industrial relations, leave administration, overtime, regulation implementation, conduct and discipline.
- The incumbent must have degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or other similar background
- Must have minimum experience of 4 years in mining industry (preferably in east Kalimantan area)
- Willing to be based in East Kalimantan with Roaster Schedule
