Manager Mining Operation

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure 2 sections such as mining production and services-drill and blast, well-managed.
  • As an “executor” of the production target, to ensure all hourly.daily/weekly/monthly/yearly target achieved.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 10 years directly experience on managing mining operations activity such as production (loading, hauling, dumping, loading/dumping point preparation for both overburden removal and coal getting) and services-drill & blast (drilling, blasting, dewatering, sloping, ramp establishment, road maintenance, etc)
  • Exposed to mining engineering & plant maintenance is a huge advantage.
  • Strongly exposed to the fleet management system such as modular mining, cat-minestar, etc.
  • Skills: familiar with mining softwares min surpac/minescape etc, ERP system, Autocad, Microsoft Project, Excel and have a strong leadership skill.
  • Education: min Mining Engineering (S1)

Superintendent Mining Production

Main Responsibilities:

  • Eventually responsible for Loading & hauling, Dumping, Effective & Efficient Operation.
  • Leading the mining production team to build a solid team with discipline and effective/efficient work ethics.

Job Requirements:

  • Work experiences : min 10 years directly experience on loading, hauling, dumping, managing operator and dealing with big fleet (100-200 ton class). Having experience on coal mining and achievement on optimizing fleet utilization.
  • Skills : familiar with Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Project, and have a strong leadership skill and safety concerns.

Superintendent Mine Planning

Main Responsibilities:

  • Eventually responsible for mine planning & design, digging scheduling, ensure pit and disposal meet the standar geotechnical, and ensure all survey activities undertaken timely.
  • Leading the mine planning team to support department mining engineering with safe, efficient/effective decision and reasonably low cost. Develop a solid team with no gapping/grouping.

Job Requirements:

  • Working experience : Min 7 years directly experience on mine planning, scheduling, designing, geotechnical and survey.

Manager Construction & Utility

Main Responsibilities:

  • Eventually responsible for maintaining all facilities as Department Site Maintenance (civil, electrical, carpenter, etc) after completion of mining infrastructures
  • Reviewing all engineering specification and vendors including condition in contract, whilst closed working with procurement department
  • Leading the construction of mining facilities onsite including earthworks and civil constructions such as accomodations, camp facilities, offices, warehouse, workshop, fuel tanks storage, etc
  • As coordinator to other relevant parties/departments onsite such as KTT, Admin (HR/Land/Community/Camp, etc), Operations, Contractors to support all project scheduling concerns.

Job Requirements:

  • Working experience : Min 15 years directly experience on construction of infrastructures, mining facilities, hauling road construction & maintenance, bridge, culvert, settling/polishing pond, project planning & supervision, managing people and fleet, exposed to project controlling/cost controlling and swampy project. Having experience previously with Indexim site would be an advantage.
  • Skills : Still familiar with mining software min Autocad, Microsoft project, Excel and have a strong leadership skill

Construction Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and reviewing proposal/quotes from contractor, and eventually recommend the best contractor to undertake the infrastructure construction works.
  • Reviewing and finalization of infrastructure design prior to final approval for construction.
  • Ensure all project schedule followed-up and updated, including cost control.
  • Chasing procurement on the follow-up action to achieve target of completion for each construction package.

Job Requirements:

  • Working Experiences: 5-10 years directly experience on supervision of constrcuction of infrastructure, mining facilities, hauling road construction and maintenance, bidge, culvert, settling/polishion pond, project planning and supervision, managing people and fleet, exposed to project controlling/cost and swampy project.   • Work experiences: min 5-10 years directly experience on supervision of finance and accounting tasks in mining contractor.
