An excellent opportunity for Supervisor Construction has arisen to join our Construction Department team. Residentially based in GBU Coal Mine Project and reporting to Senior Engineer Civil.
Some of your duties will include:
- To plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project works, to deliver products which meet standard requirement, on time and to budget while satisfying the of the client and company;
- Lead, organize and provide directions for employee to ensure outstanding performance HSE&Q outcome and the business results;
What skills and experience do you need?
- Have minimum senior high school, with minimum of 5 years' experience in civil works as Supervisor Construction;
- Experience in repair, maintain, and construct building; should preferable has Manual Handling Competency; Working at Height Competency; Has "KIMPAK" licence (electric power tools); Rigging and Sling ; Scaffolding competency (advance); Confined Space; Working Near Water; POP Mining Competency proactive;
- Should experience in calculation of concrete works, civil & building, measuring job strategy and understand drawing;
- Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; supportive, communicative; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; able to work under pressure are preferred character traits
