QC Civil Coordinator (QCC)
Job Description:
- The Quality Assurance / Control (QA/QC) Engineer has a dual role regarding Quality Control and shall report directly to Site Manager and advise him regarding the Quality program
- Coordiante and documenting the testing and commisioning of building system
- Maintain the project “as-built” drawings on as daily basis
- Develop QC plan, inspection and test plan, and procedurs for all material, equipment, code, standart, regulation, and project requirements
- Keeping good relationship with customer and all stakeholder
- Ensure and prepare report to head office are submitted on time
- Monitor activities with respect to compliance with safety working practices
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering
- Required language : English is a must
- Male, Age 27 – 38 years to old
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably have participated in ISO 9001 Awarness Training
- Strong leadership, conceptual, and analytic
Finance & Accounting Staff (FAC)
Job Description:
- Responsible review journal, clossing monthly & quarterly, fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization, Provide necessary inputs to Treasury for cash forecast requirements
- Reasonable understanding of prevailing various tax (Pph & Ppn) requirements and related issues
- Heavily focused on cost accounting, cost Analysis, operational variances and developing cost estimates for cost project
- Enforce and control the implementation of the company’s standardised accounting procedures
- Responsible for the periodic stock taking of the inventory
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting
- Male / female, Age 22 – 30 years to old
- Experience or Fresh gradutes with GPA Min : 3.00
