1. SHIFT SUPERVISOR (CM-SSV)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Operate the facility during a shift according to company policies and procedures as well as prudent practices
  • Supervise all operational activities in the power plant to ensure safe, reliable & efficient operations
  • Supervise directly Shift Operators, co-ordinate the work of subordinates and communicate with the grid control center and plant management about the loading of plant
  • To be able to identify areas of improvement in processes and systems and suggest the same for implementation
  • To follow safety instructions and environmental aspects

REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in handling power generation engine: Diesel/Gas/Dual Fuel engine
  • Strong technical knowledge, good leadership /supervisory skill, a team player with excellent interpersonal skill, good analytical skill, excellent reporting skill
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


2. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR-MECHANICAL (CM-MSV)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards
  • Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities
  • Planning, organizing and monitoring mechanical maintenance activities and engine repair
  • Involving in plant’ improvement program

REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in the same field
  • Strong knowledge in the diesel engine, generators and other related faculties and measurement of mechanical equipment
  • Excellent in mechanical troubleshooting of diesel engine and related facilities
  • Having good supervisory skills and a team player with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good analyzing, reporting, presentation and administrative skills
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


3. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (CM-ME)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards
  • Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and repair of engine and auxiliaries
  • Implementation and supervision of major & minor maintenance overhauls of engine and related auxiliaries

REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same field
  • Strong knowledge in the diesel / gas engine, generators and other related faculties and measurement of mechanical equipment
  • Good in mechanical troubleshooting of diesel / gas engine and related facilities
  • Having good supervisory skills
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


4. PLC/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (CM-PLC)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Supervising and proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards
  • Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and repair of PLC/instrument devices of engine and its auxiliaries
  • Implementation and supervision of preventive maintenance schedule

REQUIREMENTS


  • Min. Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC Engineering
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in the same field
  • Strong knowledge in the electrical (LV and MV) component, PLC engine control system, measurement of electrical equipment and electrical technical drawing
  • Good automation troubleshooting
  • Good analyzing and administrative skills
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


5. LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (CM-LOGS)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Proper procurement, maintenance, control and documentation of spare part, lube oil, chemical and consumable
  • Controlling inventory level of its spare part/lube oil/ chemical and consumable and monitoring in/out goods from and to warehouse
  • Implementing all the procedures related to Logistics department
  • Ensuring all goods are stored in the designated area and its prevented from quality deterioration
  • Conduct quarterly inventory audit of goods

REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in the same field
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Having knowledge of CM logistics management and familiar with spare part of power generatingengine and its auxiliaries
  • Familiar with maintenance monitoring system
  • Good analyzing, reporting, administrative skills
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


6. TOOL KEEPER OFFICER/LOGISTICS/WAREHOUSEMAN (CM–TLW)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Ensures that proper level of stocks are maintained for spare parts tools and other materials.
  • Control incoming and outgoing tools/measurements and consumable materials
  • Receives the purchase materials and informs the end user and inform the user requestor to check for technical aspects. Conduct a thorough inspection of the delivered items to determine their condition at the time of the receipt.
  • Proper storage, & maintenance of all goods inside the warehouse

REQUIREMENTS


  • Min Diploma (D3) in Engineering
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same field
  • Know how in diesel engine, tool keeping and inventory management
  • Having knowledge of consumable for power generating engine
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


7. ADMIN / HR OFFICER (CM-ADM)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Performs and participates in assigned activities in support of departmental objectives
  • Typically acting as HR assistant, HR administrator or HR generalist in defined functional area(s) in assisting and supporting roles, typically with local scope
  • Assists senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programmes and activities covering single or multiple HR activities.
  • Operates in one or more HR process areas and performs many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions

REQUIREMENTS


  • Min Diploma (D3) in HR or others social background
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in the same field
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Good analyzing, reporting, administrative skills
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


8. PLANT OPERATOR (CM-POP)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Operate and maintain the plant during the shift according to company policies, procedures and operation profile/plan
  • Maintain all operation records (including logs, check lists and running records) according to guidelines
  • Utilise all the tools, equipments and accessories in such a manner that the operating life is maximized
  • Watch over of all alarms / parameters of engines and auxiliaries, monitor and analyse the trend data related to the equipments at all time and perform proper follow up.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Min. Diploma (D3) and or Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Having min. 3 years experience in the same position
  • Familiar with Power Generation Engine
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


9. OPERATOR (CHEMIST) (CM-CHEM)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Conducts sampling, laboratory tests and chemical analysis on fuel, lube oil and water.
  • Monitors and evaluates laboratory test analysis results and recommends corrective or preventive actions to meet standard oil and water quality. Coordinates with the Shift Supervisor for the implementation of actions needed
  • Prepares laboratory test analysis reports
  • Monitors chemical inventory and consumption
  • Assist the Environmental Officer in all activities related to environmental compliance

REQUIREMENTS


  • Min. Diploma (D3) majoring in Chemical Engineering
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in Power Plant Operations as Chemist or Laboratory Analyst
  • Good knowledge/skills in Evaluation and interpretation of laboratory test results for oil and water.
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills


10. QHSE OFFICER (CM-QHSE)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • In operation perform basic quality analyses and inspections, like safe operation of the engines, safe maintenance
  • Ensure that all regulations for quality, environment, health, safety (QEHS) are followed accordingly, such as reports of analyses / report any oil spill/report gas leakage/ report of accident
  • Coordination in plant regarding QHSE issues
  • Conduct fire drills and safety audits

REQUIREMENTS


  • D3 or S1 Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Marine engineering (or other engineering disciplines)
  • Having excellent knowledge & capability in handling QEHS
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in handling QEHS in power plant or oil & gas are preferable
  • Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Had a Certificate of AK3 Oil & Gas or General AK3 or AK3 Construction
