- Male / Female
- Age max. 30 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
- Experience 3-5 years as a supervisor in retail, entertainment/ Cinema, hospitality company
- Willing to work shift
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
- Ability to speak English
- Strong leadership
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literate
