Corporate Legal Officer ( Kalimantan )
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain litigation and other legal issues, drafts, reviews and update contracts/agreements, review and update procedures to conform to legal requirements, keeps the company informed of applicable new laws, maintain confidentiality and safe keeping of company documents
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
- Has 3-4 years experience working in mining industry
- Working days : Monday – Saturday
- Candidate from outside Kalimantan may have special working condition
- Able to write and communicate in English
- Salary Range : IDR. 15 million – Negotiable
