Coordinator - SCMS
Key elements of the position include for Lowongan Kerja PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) as Coordinator SCMS untuk Lulusan D3 D4 S1 - CA 23102014:
- Managed, monitor and control the process of all KPC new supplier in regards to the completion of Registration Application.
- Obtaining feedback from Custodian / Users and Commercial Sections on Supplier Registration Application for related matters.
- Obtain Contractors agreement on KPC General and Standard Conditions.
- Administration and associated records of CMS.
- Managed, monitor and control the process of all KPC new contractors and sub-contractors in regards to the completion of Registration and Type of Work Approval Application.
- Obtaining feedback from Legal and HR Sections on CMS Registration Application Assessment for related matters.
- Working together with Safety Audit Section Team or Superintendent Safety Divisions to arrange the Type of Work Approval assessment time and place.
- Administration and associated records of CMS.
- Co-ordinate with other Supply Department sections in regards to CMS process during tender and award process.
- Working together with End User Division Team in regards to technical re assessment time and place.
- Administration and recording of Contractors Performance Management and Contractor’s HR Audit.
- Co-ordinate access control to the CMS Database and CMS Intranet.
- Maintain CMS Database, CMS Intranet and CMS Document Folders and ensuring the database remains current.
- Assist other departments within KPC in regards to CMS procedure etc.
- Managing the preparation of KPC-Contractors Land Agreement.
- Forwarding any related unsolved issue to Management for guidance.
- Liaise with Legal Department regarding requirement of permits in relation to Supply Chain and Contractors activity on site.
- Provide recommendation to Management regarding optimum number of Contractors, including in addition or deletion of Contractors from current register.
- Other task as required by the superior.
Qualifications for Lowongan Kerja PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) as Coordinator SCMS untuk Lulusan D3 D4 S1 - CA 23102014:
- Possess Bachelor Degree with 5 year experience or Diploma Degree with 8 year experience.
- Possess good knowledge on Supply Chain and any Procedures related.
- Has strong ability to work individually and also in team work.
- Skills in maintain priorities on any tasks required.
- Has diplomacy capability to deliver problem solving against any Suppliers/Contractors and/or internal Users.
- Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial, labour law and safety activities.
- Skills in communication in Indonesian and English.
- Process mapping and facilitation skills.
- Understanding contract and contractor management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
