- Menampung keterangan dari pelanggan perihal barang yang akan diperbaiki serta mencatat jenis barang, tipe, tahun, masa garansi, dan sebagainya.
- Menginformasikan kepada pelanggan perkiraan biaya beserta penjelasan mengenai parts yang perlu diganti.
- Mengerjakan administrasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan hal-hal tersebut di atas.
- Membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
Kualifikasi:
- Wanita, maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/D1/D3, semua jurusan.
- Fresh Graduate (diutamakan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama)
- Mampu menghadapi customer.
- Fasih menggunakan bahasa Inggris.
- Memiliki penampilan yang menarik.
- Berdomisili Balikpapan
