Saat ini kami mencari kandidat yang pro aktif dengan semangat utnuk maju bersama perusahaan kami. untuk mengisi posisi :
Finance & Accounting Manager ( FAM )
- Female, maximum 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level within Finance & Accounting function in Manufacturing company is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in Audit, Cost Accounting, Taxation and Financial Reporting
- Ensure daily bank & sales reconciliation are in place
- Ensure weekly payment schedule are on track
- Monitor, review and supervise all accounting journal entries activities to ensure that the content of financial and management reporting is specific (unambiguous), measurable, accurate and valid
- Liase with the auditors, tax auditor, banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies/authorities
- Manage cash flow of the company
- Manage the operational accounting activities including A/P, A/R, Cash/Bank, GL, Fix Assets, Inventory
- Coordinate and responsible for yearly financial audit
- Prepare budget, projection and forecast and ensure to have enough cash for on going business operation.
- Supports the analysis and explanation of financial performance
- Maintain and improve policy and procedures in relation to accounting standards, debitors’ collection and inventory management
- Experience at oil palm plantations
- Placement in Balikpapan – East kalimantan
