Currently we are seeking for a dynamic professional to join us as :
Camp Manager
Tarakan
Responsibilities:
•Performs maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties
•Assumes responsibility for checking in and out camp grounds and non-camp groups and maintenance of records
•Inspects all facilities.
•Assumes responsibility for weekly camp attendance summary, program evaluation, counselor evaluation, and other required reports.
•Assumes responsibility for security of camp facilities and camp personnel.
•Responsible for inventory and ordering of recreational equipment and supplies.
•Maintains liaison with forest service personnel.
Requirements:
•Male, with max 40 years old
•Candidate must at least have 4 years working experience in related fields
•Candidate must have knowledge on mechanical, carpentry, building construction, and electrical skills.
•Candidate must be able to supervise, establish and maintain effective working relationships with workers and local community
•Ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment and able to work independently.
•Willing to be located in our site in Tarakan

Requirements:
•Male, age max 45 years old
•Candidate must have at least 8 years working experience in related fields, preferably in Palm Oil Industry
•Candidate must have knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, human resource and project management principles and practices
•Candidate must possess a Leadership skill and has a Good team Work
•Willing to be placed in Tarakan
