Export Import / Logistic Staff & Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Service Department based in Cengkareng Office and in Customer’s premises (implants)
  • Determination and maintenance of standard SOP for each BU
  • Determination and maintenance of the portfolio of each Customer Service to ensure efficient spread of the workload within the department. An account is assigned to a Customer Service regardless of the BU, Sales in charge or company network office
  • Socialization to each Customer Service of the formalized SOP / Buying / Selling for his designated accounts
  • Validation of any proposed variation of the standard SOP by Sales at the time of negotiation with new prospects or for new services with existing customers
  • For each new account obtained by Sales Department, evaluation of the potential workload and designation of one Customer Service to follow the account
  • For new accounts / services obtained, meeting with the Sales Executive, Sales Support and designated Customer Service to validate the specific SOP (including reporting data / KPI and frequency) and formalize Buying and Selling rates
  • Ensure that each Customer Service checks and approves the network invoices related to his assigned accounts. Ensure that one person is tasked with checking all the network invoices related to accounts managed by the implants
  • Ensure that each Customer Service follows up all purchase orders / shipping instructions related to his assigned portfolio and communicates with all parties involved (customer, company operations, company network) to maximize customer satisfaction and company profit
  • Ensure reporting to the Customer and/or company network (status report / KPI…) is done timely and accurately as per SOP
  • Ensure that update of variable costs (BAF, CAF, Fuel surcharges, Risks surcharges…) is formally communicated to the customer, company operations and company network
  • Report to the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Indonesian Nationality
  • Bachelor Degree, or higher.
  • 3 - 5 years experience.
  • English language.
  • Computer literate.
  • Preferable candidate background in freight forwarding company (International or large national company).
