Assistant - CSR [ACSR]

Responsibilities:
* Assist regional CSR manager and general manager in developing, implementing and evaluating of corporate social responsibility program under sustainability strategy and framework, CSR policies and all standards and procedures relevant with CSR programs. This position holder shall ensure the compliance of all law and regulations particularly ones related with social responsibilities. He is responsible to assist of regional CSR manager in rolling out RSPO, P & C. The position holder shall also responsible to support regional CSR manager providing recommendation and find alternative solutions in terms of community grievances response, and also ensure that mutual relationship with all company stakeholder are built and maintain.
* Detail Duties:
* Assist regional CSR manager developing, implementing, monitor and evaluating regional CSR framework in line with group sustainability strategy and framework, conduct meetings with stakeholders to maintain mutual transparent relationship and to support regional CSR manager to regularly report CSR implementation progress to group CSR department.
* Assist regional CSR manager in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating best practices of social responsibility covering: education advancement, community economic empowerment (including plasma), health and sanitation, preserving cultural and religious affairs, including:
o Adhere corporate polices for all social & community development responsibilities
o Assist regional CSR manager to provide recommendation to group CSR department based on local not discriminate based on religion, culture or gender
o To assist in conducting a documented community-baseline survey and social impact assessment
o Maintain mutual transparent relationship with respective stakeholder particularly ones relevant with CSR programs (communities, government, NGOs and media)
o Assist regional CSR manager to coordinate and cooperate with other relevant department to manage the process to ensure the provision of all basic medical facilities within the plantation-polyclinics, immunization, awareness on health and maternity, contagions illness for workers and local communities
o Assist in identifying and developing project plan of CSR based on sustainable strategy and framework
o Implement CSR programs to meet company objective an target
o Ensure all CSR activities, programs and plan completed and documented with evidence
o Assist regional CSR manager to coordinate with plasma manager expand and improve plasma scheme project as main economic empowerment for community
o Assist regional CSR manager to regularly develop and sent report to group CSR department
o Assist regional CSR manager to ensure and monitor the implementation of RSPO, P & C and national interpretation (NI)
o To gain support from estates management, EHS, HR and operations unit to ensure compliance of RSPO, P & C and nation interpretation and achieved sustainable plantation
o Assist CSR manager in all administration duties
o CSR assistant is also to support consultant and certifying body in performing assessment and audit in regards of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and others as assigned by manager of management
Requirements:
* Male/female, age 24 - 35 years and good health
* Bachelor’s degree or master degree in a public administration, natural resource management, social sciences, agriculture, public administration.
* Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position
* Knowledge on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community development
* Computer literate and language proficiency in English
* Must be willing to be located in plantation site (Kalimantan)
