Responsibilities:

• Purchasing responsibility for the Category Fresh
• Constantly maintain the APL of the assigned Category, including price and product info updates.
• Generate a monthly APL Order Template for each site.
• Carry out the Purchase Order, based on the monthly APL Order from Site and forward after approval to supplier.
• Source for item and suppliers in case of purchase requests
• Negotiate for the best price for items outside of any price contract
• Participate regular supplier meetings and negotiations
• Provide reports and statistics of supplier data, purchase spend, market surveys, etc.
• Coordinate Logistic/ Transportation with PBU Logistic Responsible and/ or external Logistic provider
• Visit supplier sites, negotiate new prices, carry out audits and inspections
• Supervising 1 Purchasing Officer

Requirements:

• Experience in Food and beverage, particular knowledge of Fruit and Vegetables
• Proven track in a similar position
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Detailed Market and price know how on the different regions of Indonesia
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience of using an ERP System
• English language, advanced knowledge (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel (domestic) approx. 30% of the work time
• Age: 25-40, male/ female

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to coordinate and plan all logistic activities of the company
• Work close together with: Purchasing team, logistic team and Freight forwarder
• Plans and schedules appropriate modes of transportation
• Generate accurate delivery schedules
• Manage the company vehicle fleet
• Coordinate delivery to our sites with our external freight forwarders
• Ensures the company policy and procedure work properly
• Provide reports and statistics
• Support the administrative activity work

Requirements:

• Experience in similar role for minimum 2 year, preferably in Food and Beverage sector
• Knowledge about logistic warehouse management
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Fluent in English for both oral and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Experience of using an ERP System
• Able to maintain performance under pressure
• Experience in foreign company is an advantage
• Age: 35 up, male

Responsibilities:

• Creating a Database of recipes of both Western and Indonesian menus, aligned to budget and business requirements
• Accurate calculation of all Recipes
• Prepare a monthly National Menuplan for all PBU sites and measure compliance of it
• Create recipes and calculation for all PBU Food Promotion Themes
• Establish a manual with best practice methods incl. cooking technics and yield management
• Gather yield management data from site and publish monthly benchmarks
• Work closely with the Category buyers to constantly improve the APL
• Work together with PBU approved suppliers in order to improve quality of recipes
• Visit sites and provide training regarding cooking technics and yield management

Requirements:

• Chefs diploma
• Min. 5 years’ experience as a Chef in an international 4-5 star Hotel and/ or
• Experience as a Menu planer in a Catering/ Hotel environment
• Excellent understanding of modern cooking technics and kitchen equipment
• Experience in using Menu calculation software
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent people skills, experience in coaching and training preferred
• Bahasa Indonesia and English language, advanced knowledge (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel (domestic) approx. 20% of the worktime
• Age: 30-50, male/ female
