Sales Supervisor-Kalimantan Area(SSK)
(Kalimantan Area)

Responsibilities:

* Key Responsibilities

• To deliver sales and profit targets assigned to distribution area.
• Manage implementation of an effective promotion plan
• Assist implementation and realization of promotional targets given to regional distributor. Establish a historical activities KSF and problems (key learning’s)
• Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors
• Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors
• Survey regional distributor area coverage planning to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and assist regional distributor in implementing improvements and oversee plan realization

* The role :

• Realization of Sales Plan, Objective and strategies
• Upgrading best practice in distributor sales management

Requirements:

• University graduate minimum D3
• Strong area knowledge of supervised area, with minimum experience of 2 years
• Deep knowledge of retail distribution
• Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years as supervisor
• Proven track record of achievements and contribution, as shown in annual performance evaluations/references.
• Computer literate
• Merchandising, ‘best retailing practice’.
• Verbal and written presentation skill
• Good interpersonal skills
